In Japan, the diversity of Tuna species, such as bluefin tuna, yellowfin tuna, and dogtooth, inhabits various seas, each with distinct current conditions, water temperatures, bait preferences, and sizes. Over time, these species have grown larger, with anglers now catching super-sized (200kg class) tuna due to advancements in fishing tackle and angler capabilities. To adapt to these dynamic conditions, we've initiated the reconstruction of the BIG-TUNA series.

Starting with the addition of the 83 model in 2020 as the successor to previous iterations, the Tuna rods represent the largest and most robust series, necessitating intricate carbon sheet patterns and techniques to create the blanks. Continuous evolution and enhancement of our techniques are imperative to align with the latest fishing techniques and styles.
