The Ocean Assassins are meticulously crafted using SLS3 construction, which involves inner and outer spiral wrap layers of carbon fiber sandwiching middle layers of alternating longitudinal carbon and glass. This unique design ensures the blank maintains a round cross-section under load, enhancing its ability to handle higher stress levels. The combination of unidirectional carbon and glass layers forms the rod's backbone, utilizing the strength of glass along with the lightweight properties of carbon fiber to create a robust, well-balanced, and slender rod blank. Complemented by top-notch components such as Fuji K Alconite guides, Fuji DPS reel seats with a machined aluminum lock nut for enhanced reel security, and contoured EVA grips for exceptional comfort, the Ocean Assassins rods epitomize quality and performance.
