This advanced series, boasting multiple patents, embodies unparalleled excellence in every facet of its design, construction, and performance.

The Makaira series stands as a pinnacle, catering to the demands of big game fishing globally. It sets a new standard, elevating the capabilities and redefining the expectations of tournament crews, long-range anglers, and private boaters alike.

Okuma Makaira Sea Silver lever drag reels feature special edition gun smoke and silver anodizing. The carbonite dual force drag system maximizes high-end drag pressure, efficiency and overall smoothness. It’s over sized handle and lower low speed gearing versus the original Makaira serve up extreme torque for the Makaira Sea.
