Description

The Kilwell Short Butt Extender, a stainless steel insert compatible with most rod holders. Easily locking into place, this extender ensures a secure fit for 'short bent butt' stand-up fishing rods, preventing the reel handle from hitting the gunwale. By shortening the distance to the gimbal pin by approximately 50mm (2 inches), it firmly engages the gimbal butt, preventing rotation. Ideal for stern corners or preferred rod positions, always secure rods with a safety lanyard. Sold in packs of 2, backed by Kilwell's Lifetime Warranty for added assurance.
