Description

The second generation PENN Fathom II star drag reel features a rigid metal frame and sideplates, now enhanced with angler-friendly features. The fast gear access sideplate allows for quick and easy maintenance of the gears and HT-100 drag system. The PENN live spindle design ensures long, effortless casts, while select models with power gear ratios provide ultimate torque for deep-sea fishing. Sizes 12 and 15 also include a magnetic casting brake for added control.

The new Regiment Black Ops II series offers a wider range of technique-specific actions, improved tapers, and a sleek new design to PENN’s renowned inshore lure fishing rods. Ideal for soft baiting or jigging, these rods are built on PENN’s SLS Construction graphite blank, providing the sensitivity needed for technical inshore angling and serious pulling power. They feature proven Fuji K guides with Alconite inserts to reduce wind knots and braid wrap, and lightweight Fuji graphite reel seats for superior sensitivity and strength.
